Standard Blocks

Standard wall blocks are building materials used for the interior and exterior walls of all reinforced-concrete, steel, timber, prefabricated and masonry buildings.

One day before starting to lay the wall, open the plastic packs so the blocks can breathe. Clear the application surface of construction debris.

Pour 1 measure of water into the mortar tub. Add 3 measures of BTG AAC Masonry Adhesive slowly to the water while mixing continuously with a low-speed hand drill fitted with a mixing paddle, until no air bubbles remain. Let the mix rest for 15–20 minutes before use and consume it within 120 minutes. Do not extend the prepared adhesive by later adding water, adhesive powder, cement or similar materials.

To cut AAC blocks, mark the required dimension with a tape measure, place the AAC square on the marked point and cut the block cleanly and carefully with an AAC saw.
