Barbed wire is widely used because it provides effective protection. Besides agriculture and livestock, it is preferred for security in forestry, residential perimeters and military areas. It is produced on Wafios and other machines. In accordance with EN 10223-1 it is made in 1.70 × 1.50 mm reverse-twist and 2.50 × 2.00 mm conventional types.
