HSS-TiN metal drill bits 4.0-10 mm, 5 pieces 57-196 by NEO TOOLS are drills that are deeply ground according to DIN 338 and made of 9341 steel; they have a tip angle of 135° with C-type shear correction and a cylindrical chuck for easy drilling without scoring. An additional titanium nitride (TiN) coating reduces cutting resistance and helps maintain high hole quality - especially when working on drill stands. The working part lengths are 4:43 mm, 5:52 mm, 6:57 mm, 8:75 mm, 10:87 mm, and the overall lengths are 4:75 mm, 5:86 mm, 6:93 mm, 8:117 mm, 10:133 mm; while the recommended speed range for metal is 4:1850-2000 rpm, 5:1450-1600 rpm, 6:1200-1300 rpm, 8:900-1000 rpm, 10:750-850 rpm.
