Διάρκεια Ζωής	Can be stored for 12 months in its unopened original packaging in a dry environment at temperatures between +5°C and +25°C. Opened packages must be used immediately.

Εφαρμογή

When POLYUREA PLUS insulation material is applied, the substrate must be clean, dry, free of oil and fully repaired. A primer must first be applied to the substrate. When choosing the primer, it should be determined whether the substrate is exposed to moisture. For substrates exposed to very slight moisture, PUR PRIMER 2K moisture-tolerant polyurethane primer or EPOXY PRIMER W should be preferred. On normal dry substrates, PUR PRIMER-1K single-component polyurethane floor primer should be applied. Once priming is complete and the substrate has dried, application of the insulation material can begin. The product must be mixed thoroughly before use and worked well into the substrate with a roller or brush. If a second coat is deemed necessary after the first coat, it should be applied within 3 hours; the waiting time between coats must not exceed 3-4 hours. Drying time may vary with temperature and humidity. Chamfer points can be coated together with the general area. Full chemical resistance is achieved after 7 days. Application tools: roller or brush. Where airless spray application is required, a small amount of solvent may be added.
