Hot-dip galvanized wire is produced by galvanizing — one of the most effective methods of corrosion protection — giving long service life while reducing the loss of material, energy and labour.
It is the preferred choice for producing barbed wire, razor wire, fence wire, chain-link (fens) mesh, straightening wire and PVC-coated wire, as well as for panel fence systems, hanging and suspended-ceiling wires, bucket handles and many industrial applications.
It is produced to the coating thickness the customer requires. Thanks to the nitrogen-wiping system at İMC’s plant, coatings of 100 – 300 g/m² and TS EN 10244-2 Class A can be achieved. Fluidized-bed and open-flame annealing furnaces deliver the required strength range.
