Water-Based Conversion Primer is an acrylic-emulsion-based, filled primer developed for the transition from solvent-based paint to water-based paint. It provides strong adhesion on plastered and sound interior surfaces, improves paint performance and reduces consumption. It is used safely before the topcoat on concrete, plaster and similar mineral surfaces.
