This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, share and protect your personal data when you use our website www.semra.com.tr, our internal/corporate applications and our Android mobile application (together, the "Services"). We process your data in line with the laws of Northern Cyprus, the Turkish Personal Data Protection Law (KVKK) and the principles of the EU General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR).

Information We Collect

Through Google Sign-In and Google APIs: When you connect your Google account, and only after your explicit consent, we access the following:

• Basic profile (name, email address, profile picture, Google account ID) — to identify you and create your account.
• Google Calendar — events on calendars you own (scope calendar.events.owned) — the core function of the app: to display, create, edit and delete events on your own Google calendars at your direction. We do not access calendars owned by or shared with others.
• Google Contacts — read only (scope contacts.readonly) — to let you quickly find and add people as guests when you create or edit an event. We only read your contacts and never modify them.

We do not access your Google password or any Google data beyond the scopes listed above.

Website and contact forms: When you contact us we may collect your name, email address, phone number and message.

Mobile application: When you use our Android app we may process your account information, device information (device model, operating system version) and app usage/log data.

Automatically collected data: Through server logs we may collect technical data such as your IP address, browser type and date/time of access.

Use of Google User Data

We use the Google data described above solely to provide the calendar features you actively request — signing you in, managing events on your own calendars, and letting you choose guests from your contacts. Google Calendar and Contacts data is accessed to perform the actions you request and is not stored on our servers beyond what is necessary to complete them. We do not sell this data and do not use it for advertising.

Semra Ltd's use and transfer to any other app of information received from Google APIs will adhere to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.

How We Use Your Information

• To authenticate you and provide access to the Services.
• To provide, maintain and improve our Services.
• To respond to your requests and questions and provide support.
• To ensure security and prevent abuse and technical issues.
• To meet our legal obligations.

Legal Basis

We process your personal data based on your consent, the performance of a contract with you, our legitimate interests and our legal obligations (KVKK art. 5-6 and GDPR art. 6).

How We Share Your Information

We do not sell your personal data and do not share it with third parties for marketing. Your data may be shared only with service providers who help us operate the Services (e.g. hosting) and who are contractually bound to protect it, and with authorities where legally required.
