Our Companies
Semra Ltd was founded in 1987 in the Gazimağusa Organized Industrial Zone as a trading and manufacturing group. Today the SEMRA GROUP consists of just two companies: Semra Ltd, which handles the wholesale and retail sale of construction materials, hardware, chemicals and automotive products, and Semport Ltd, founded in 2000 in the Gazimağusa Free Port Zone, which handles the group's import and export operations. Semra Demir, Semra İnşaat and Semra Nalburiye are not separate companies — they are divisions within Semra Ltd.
Production
We manufacture two brands at our own facilities: Softharç, our cement-based construction mortar brand, and FE-SA, our automotive care-chemicals brand. (Aslan Boya is not Semra's own production — it is manufactured by our partner BMP Trade Ltd, while Semra Ltd handles its sales and distribution; see Trade & Distribution below.)
SEMRA Plaster and Tile Adhesives
Cement-based plaster, tile adhesive and technical mortars produced under our own Softharç brand at our own facilities.
SEMRA FE-SA Automotive Chemicals
FE-SA brand windshield washer fluid, antifreeze and distilled water, produced at our own facilities.
Chemical Raw Materials
Semra Kimya imports the raw materials we use for our own paint- and cement-based mortar chemical production, and it is a growing division for us together with kraft bag supply.

TOPEXGRAPHITEAEG Technical Service
We handle sales and technical service for PFT and Kotanbau mortar machines and TOPEX, GRAPHITE and AEG power tools — our workshop is at our Gazimağusa Küçük Sanayi branch.
Trade & Distribution
The trading divisions within Semra Ltd distribute, wholesale and retail, across the areas below. Semra Demir, Semra İnşaat and Semra Nalburiye are not separate companies — they are these divisions.
SEMRA IRON
The distributor is involved in the wholesale and retail sales of construction rebar, box profiles, construction pipes, industrial pipes, galvanized pipes, CR and HR coil sheets, PPGI coil sheets, galvanized sheet metal, under-concrete trapezoidal sheets, Aldeck, black sheet metal, galvanized trapezoidal sheets, painted trapezoidal sheets, I-beams, and U-beams.
SEMRA Construction Materials
The distributor deals in cement, timber, OSB, plywood, bricks, plaster, and satin plaster.
ASLAN Paint and Construction Chemicals
Distributor of ASLAN-brand paint and construction chemicals. Aslan Boya is manufactured by our partner BMP Trade Ltd; Semra Ltd handles its sales and distribution.
Water Insulation Materials
The distributor specializes in water and sound insulation materials. Installation/application is carried out by our customers.
Sound Insulation Materials
The distributor deals in water and sound insulation materials. Installation/application is carried out by our customers.
SEMRA Water Installation and Pumps
The distributor offers PPRC, PVC, and PP water installation materials and accessories, sanitary ware, water pumps, and submersible pumps.
SEMRA Hardware
Wholesale and retail of over 8,000 hardware products.
SEMRA Automotive Electronics
The distributor offers electronic parts for European and Japanese cars, as well as Power batteries, Mutlu batteries, Delphi batteries, and Gel batteries.
SEMRA Lubricants and Grease Products
The distributor handles machine oil and grease.
SEMPORT Import and Export
Semport Ltd (established 2000, Gazimağusa Free Port Zone) — handles the Semra Group's import and export.
Warehouses & Service Points
The Semra Group serves Northern Cyprus from four locations: our main warehouse and sales point in the Gazimağusa Organized Industrial Zone, our warehouse and technical-service workshop in the Gazimağusa Küçük Sanayi zone, and branches in İskele and Haspolat.
