A ready-to-use, polymer-dispersion–based substrate improver and waterproofing primer for use beneath insulation. Thanks to its microstructure, it penetrates deep into the concrete surface, forming a sound and load-bearing base prior to insulation. It prevents dusting, acts as an intermediate layer, and ensures that the insulation material to be applied bonds strongly to the surface. It is used as a primer before insulation on exterior concrete surfaces.
