Carbon EPS Sheathing Brick

A carbon-filled, high-strength interlocking wall element. GÜRDAĞ Manto Brick is an exterior wall unit whose mineral-wool-filled structure provides a high level of heat and sound insulation. It is frequently chosen for buildings that demand energy efficiency — hotels, housing, workplaces, hospitals and schools — saving energy for the owner and for the wider economy.

The product is made in several types — exterior wall element, partition and lintel — and integrates with all building systems.

Gaining clinker properties from clay fired above 1000°C, GÜRDAĞ Manto Brick has far higher compressive and structural strength than alternative block materials, and its mineral insulation board and density give it top-level sound insulation.

The interlocking design lets the bricks lock fully together with no mortar in the vertical joints — preventing thermal bridges, minimising heat loss and saving mortar. It is both economical and easy to apply.
