Hydraulic hand press for electrical terminals 16-300 mm 01-543 NEO is a hand press with a hydraulic cylinder, designed for effective crimping of terminals on electrical wires and steel cables. Due to the mechanism used, crimping does not require the involvement of too much force.
The tool has crimping jaw sizes in the range: 16, 25, 35, 50, 70, 95, 120, 150, 185, 240, 300 mm². Its total length is 480 mm. The body is made of high-quality carbon steel.
The press has a type of hexogenic clamp, and the force generated is compared to 12 tons! The stroke occurs every 20 mm. The set includes a split clamping die, a rotating, extremely practical actuator head, a stop pin that locks the dies, a piston, the main valve of the actuator, ergonomic handles and a movable actuator arm.
