Thermal Foam

Selsil Quick Cover PU Foam is a polyurethane-based, single-component, high-quality insulation foam in spray form. It provides thermal and sound insulation of large areas in a short time. It can be used on uneven surfaces and hard-to-reach places where the use of traditional insulation materials is not possible.

Application Temperature: +5°C to +30°C. Heat Resistance (cured): -30°C to +80°C. Application Areas: • Providing thermal and sound insulation of structures such as the interior and exterior walls of buildings, roofs, attics, facades, basements, ceilings and cellars. • Providing thermal and sound insulation of metal garages, garden sheds, balconies, canopies, doors, windows and uneven surfaces. • Used on vehicle bodies, boats, yachts, ships, pipes, ducts, tanks and other round surfaces. • It adheres very well to many surfaces such as wood, concrete, metal, glass, brick, plasterboard and OSB. The surface must be clean, dry and dust-free. The optimum can temperature is 20-25°C. Before use, the can should be shaken approximately 30 times and the surface to be applied should be moistened. The can should be held upside down, the foam fitted to the gun, and the amount adjusted with the trigger. In vertical applications the foam should be sprayed from 30 cm, and in horizontal applications from 15-20 cm. The product can be applied in layers; the recommended thickness is 5 cm. After application, the head and gun should be cleaned.

Store in a cool, dry place. Shelf life is 12 months between +5°C and +30°C.
