Our 18mm Film Faced Plywood is engineered for reliable concrete formwork and demanding construction applications. Manufactured to standard 1250x2500 mm dimensions, the panel is constructed from a lightweight yet resilient 9-ply Poplar core. The veneers are bonded with premium WBP (Weather and Boil Proof) phenolic glue, ensuring excellent structural integrity and moisture resistance. The surface is coated with a durable 120 g/m² phenolic film, providing a smooth concrete finish and maximizing the number of reuse cycles. All panel edges are factory-sealed with waterproof acrylic paint to prevent edge swelling.
