Application
The application surface must be cleared of substances such as form oil, paint and dust. Loose parts with poor adhesion should be removed from the surface. Rust on metal parts should be cleaned off and their contact with the mortar cut with an anti-rust primer. Application can begin after the surface has been dampened. The appropriate amount of water (4–4.5 l of water per 25 kg bag) is placed in a mixing container. The powder is added and mixed with a low-speed hand mixer. After waiting 2 minutes, the mortar is mixed again until a homogeneous mix is obtained. The prepared mortar is applied at up to 5 cm thickness. If greater thickness is required, make sure the first layer has hardened before applying the second. In large-surface applications, the surface is levelled with a finishing trowel. Application tool: trowel.
