Polyurethane-based flexible injection material
A polyurethane-based, water-reactive, single-component, solvent-free, semi-flexible injection foam with a closed-cell structure, used to cut off water leaks and fill cracks.

- Sealing of water-bearing cracks
- Sealing of cold joints
- In water tanks and swimming pools
- Used for the internal waterproofing of tunnels and basements.
- Suitable for use on structural elements such as concrete, stone and solid brick.

Application
Before application, PUR FLEX INJECTION injection packers are placed into the crack at a 45° angle. Packer spacing depends on the conditions in the application area and may vary; as an average value, a packer spacing of 15-20 cm can be preferred. Preparing the mix: the activator is added to component A and mixed thoroughly with a mixing paddle. The prepared PUR FLEX INJECTION is then injected with a single-component injection pump. Note: after the injection work is completed, it is recommended to clean the pump with a suitable solvent. Application tools: injection machine.
